Educational Websites
MRS. CLUTTS
~ Educational Websites that I recommend.
On this website there are games and activities for all ages and subjects. You can either choose a subject or grade level, and then it takes you to another page where you can choose from a variety of activities. It has everything from connect the dot ABC’s to a memorization game with dinosaurs.
From this website you can choose either to go to Educators, Families, or Students sites. If you go to students than you are able to go to different topics that include: Everything Art, Science & Nature, History & Culture, and People & Places. When you pick an area and then something of interest, there are different ‘exhibits.’ When you are in an exhibit you have the choice to do something interactive or get lesson plans or just read about the exhibit.
This is a more fun or creative site, rather than just “learning.” There are music, games and coloring. There is also a PBS teacher sources link for fun ideas in the classroom. If you go to pbs.org there are more learning and interactive activities. There are also things about all of the shows on PBS and school resources.
This site has links for parents, educators, and crayola kids. When you go to the link for educators there are lesson plans, early childhood creative experiences, among other things. You can even make your own custom certificates! On the kids site they are able to play games, create a card, and color pictures. There are lots of activities and ideas on this site!
